We have opportunities for:
Full Time Support Worker – 2 day and 2 night shifts per week (subject to rota). You will work with the clients both individually and as a group, to prompt and guide medication administration and maintain basic living skills: cleaning, cooking, shopping, budgeting, engagement in social and recreational activities etc.
Excellent report writing skills essential and ability to carry out client risk assessments and have strong practical / skills to organise client’s environment.
Support Staff are required to work on a shift basis which includes weekends, evenings and public holidays and will also be required to sleep-in approximately twice per week.
* Full induction, training, support and supervision given.
* Pay according to qualifications and level of experience.
Recovery Support Worker – Salary negotiable according to qualifications and experience
We are a growing organization that support people with mental health issues and learning disabilities and help them regain their independence. We are also diversifying into Respite Care.
The ability to form good working relationships with residents, their families and professional colleagues, is vital to your success in this role.
Relevant experience within Healthcare is essential, you will also receive an induction and foundation training, along with professional supervision.
Appointments will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosures and references.
